Although some customers place their orders as much as 6 months in advance, most customers place their orders at around 3-6 weeks. We suggest you order one favor for each invited guest. No worries about ordering too many, we give you a final count date 3 weeks before your event so you can adjust to your final RSVP count. Contact us for orders less than or close to two weeks.
After you submit your order you will receive a PayPal invoice/email for 50% of your order minus the shipping and handling. We will then send you an invoice for the balance plus the S&H on the Saturday before we ship your order. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice. They will accept any credit card for payment without an account.

Your order will be shipped approx. 1 week before your event to arrive 2-3 days before your date unless otherwise requested. DIY orders will be shipped approx. 2-3 weeks before your event.
No problem, we ship your order in a double insulated box. In the summer we place ice gel packs inside. Upon arrival you remove the gel packs and store the favors at normal room temperature – no need to refrigerate.
We will ship your order to whatever address you like – your home, your wedding planner, or your reception venue.
We support all medical, humanitarian and animal charities. We do not support those causes that promote personal agendas or those of a political nature.
Yes, you may chose two different charities and/or two different ribbon colors for favors orders over 100 pcs.
We make the donation 1-2 weeks after your wedding. We will forward you verification that the donation has been made when we obtain confirmation from the charity.
