When should I place my order?
Because of the special customization of your order we ask that you place your order as soon as possible. Contact us for orders less than or close to 30 days.
How and when will I be billed?
After you submit your order you will receive a PayPal invoice/email for 50% of your order minus the shipping and handling. We will then send you an invoice for the balance plus the S&H when we are ready to ship your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the US.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped to arrive by the Wednesday or Thursday before your wedding. If you would like to make earlier delivery arrangements just let us know.
Do I have to worry about melting chocolate?
No problem, we ship your order in a double insulated box. In the summer we place ice gel packs inside. Upon arrival you remove the gel packs and store the favors at normal room temperature - no need to refrigerate.
Can I ship to my wedding planner or different venue?
We will ship your order to whatever address you like - your home, your wedding planner, or your reception venue.
What charities can I choose?
We support all medical and humanitarian charities. We do not support those causes that promote personal agendas or those of a political nature.
Can I chose two different charities or two different ribbon colors?
Yes, you may chose two different charities and/or two different ribbon colors for favors orders over 100 pcs.
When do you make the donation to my charity?
We make the donation one week after your wedding. We will send you notification that the donation you have chosen has been received when we obtain confirmation from the charity.
Can I use these favors for baby or bridal showers?
Yes, Truffles for a Cause is perfect for any event to raise awareness or to make a donation.
