Lee Ann & George wanted their touching special mention to read – “In honor of our mothers, Brigida Marie Catti and Bernadette Marie Durante” for their charity cards inside each favor. Their wedding donation was sent to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. (The Breast Cancer Research Foundation along with Susan G. Komen for the Cure are our two most popular charities centered on women’s breast cancer research that our clients pick for their charity). Their beautiful Mini wedding favors are printed with their names and wedding date and are tied with pink and scarlet ribbons. Best wishes and good luck to Lee Ann & George!
“I was so happy to find this vendor!! I originally wanted to just make a donation, but then felt guilty about our guests not getting a “gift” in return for attending our special day. This was the best of both worlds! We picked the Wounded Warrior Project and the American Cancer Society, charities both were close to each my husband and myself. The variety of options was a pleasant surprise, different truffle options, different box, ribbon and print colors – just so accommodating. And the biggest feature I liked was being able to adjust your head count after all your RSVP’s had come in. Best part- the chocolate tasted AWESOME!! We had so many guests eat the favors before they even left and got nothing but compliments. My husbands co-worker, who was at our wedding, suggested Truffles for a Cause to another co-worker to use for their wedding favors! The word is getting out! Highly Recommend if you want a different type of favor, with some proceeds going to a good cause and a super easy vendor to work with! ” Thanks… Nicole & Matt
Nicole & Matt’s favors were our Boxed Minis with silver mini truffles tied with royal blue and pewter ribbons tied in our “classic” style.
The United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation (UMDF), is the charity that was chosen by Kaitlyn & Brandon. Mitochondrial diseases result from failures of the mitochondria, specialized compartments present in every cell of the body (except red blood cells). Mitochondria are responsible for creating more than 90% of the energy needed by the body to sustain life and support organ function. When they fail, less and less energy is generated within the cell. Cell injury and even cell death follow. If this process is repeated throughout the body, whole organ systems begin to fail. Their Foil wedding favors are tied with scarlet ribbons outside and inside is our dark chocolate truffles (silver foils) & dark raspberry truffles (fuchsia foils)…Yum! Congratulations Kaitlyn & Brandon!!!
“In loving memory for those who we have lost,” was the special mention written on Shaunyette’s charity card – the wedding donation went to the American Heart Association. Her Mini wedding favors were tied with pink and light orchid ribbons. Very loving thoughts and beautiful favors. Best wishes Shaunyette!!!
